Senior Director, TechnologyCesar Tavares is a leading technologist and futurologist with a passion for innovation. With a deep understanding of current technology trends and more than 21 years of experience in both the federal and commercial space, Cesar is driven by the opportunity to bring innovation to the federal government. As a Senior Director leading the Emerging Technology Center of Excellence, Cesar lives by Octo’s mantra of helping our customers “jump the curve,” which means positioning our customers to reap the benefits of transformative technologies such as AI, machine learning, Blockchain, robotic process automation, and DevSecOps.

Having worked in every aspect of the software development process (from development to management to digital transformation coaching), I am driven by the opportunity to leverage my experience to implement innovative solutions.
