Cindy Walker
Vice PresidentCindy brings more than 35 years of thought leadership and experience delivering data solutions to federal civilian/health care, defense, intelligence, and the private sector. Her passion for helping customers leverage and exploit data and information assets has led to the development of award winning data governance methodologies and tools that have been recognized by Government Computer News, the Zachman Institute for Framework Advancement (ZIFA), and others. Cindy is well known in the industry publishing and speaking circuits and holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently leads Octo’s Data Management and Analytics Center of Excellence, where she is responsible for expanding services, solutions, and offerings to enhance mission outcomes. When she’s not working, you can likely find her hiking or playing her piano or banjo.
