Vice President, SolutionsAs the leader of Octo’s Enterprise Solutions, James Farley doesn’t just look for the answers to today’s challenges, he focuses on preparing for tomorrow’s. James has more than 30 years of experience in developing initiatives, policies, and processes to deliver solutions to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian markets. He oversees Octo’s five Centers of Excellence where ideas become actions. James excels in architecting real-world solutions and driving business outcomes. He spent 16 years providing maintenance and operations direction for communications and intelligence facilities, supporting fleet systems and engineering teams, and managing electronic systems readiness for the U.S. Navy. James is passionate about engaging and empowering Octo’s talent to deliver better experiences for clients.
