Clinicians have shifted to using electronic records of health-related information to identify and maintain patient records, as well as manage patient demographics, medication lists, clinical documents/notes, and patient history within one health care organization. These systems can often be difficult to set up and maintain because of their complexities.

The goal for our hack was to create an electronic health record system using the Salesforce Health Cloud Platform that is easy to use and maintain

We successfully leveraged Salesforce using no code/low code to make implementation of electronic health records possible in a matter of days or weeks rather than months. Our Electronic Health Record system is easy to implement, use, and maintain, saving time and money for our clients.
